Dallas Austin Claims Christina Aguilera and Joss Stone Had Sex For Tracks

Posten on: 2008-10-16 14:29:06

Music producer Dallas Austin has done an interview with Rowdy.tv in which he discusses the sexual past he allegedly had with singers Christina Aguilera and Joss Stone. In the interviews he gives detailed narrative recapping the events. Christina Aguilera: Austin talks about how he had a sexual relationship with Christina, which presumably started when they worked together. According to him, she had sex with his best friend, then four more of his close friends. But she told all of them not to tell each other, especially Dallas himself — they didn't listen. Jordan, who was Dallas' assistant at the time, kept lying to Christina, telling her that Dallas was serious about their relationship, when according to Dallas, he didn't want a serious relationship. Christina was supposedly even talking about "having babies." Preview the video here: Dallas also launched a scathing attack on Joss Stone, claiming the 19-year-old had sex with rapper Novel to persuade him to work on her new album 'Introducing Joss Stone'. Austin said in an interview Rowdy TV: "She wants attention from producers. The problem is you got her - Joss Stone - and all these b***hes wanna f**k for tracks. "I had nothing to do with her f**king Novel to get her tracks. That's all she was doing to each producer. Get your s**t together. These girls want attention from producers and then jump ship when they don't get it. "Talk about your records, not who you f**ked. Airing your s**t in interviews is not sexy or cool." Joss is reported to be currently dating Raphael Saadiq, who she collaborated with on her new album. The soul singer recently slammed Britney Spears for partying without underwear. Joss said: 'I would never wear a short skirt with no knickers, because that would be silly. If you do that it's basically like saying you're a sl*t. And I'm not.' Jordin Sparks Back to Business, Insists Her Voice Was Never At Risk

Posten on: 2008-10-16 14:29:06

American Idol star Jordin Sparks is back at work and playing down reports she almost lost her singing voice for good. As Singersroom reported, the R&B singer was ordered to rest her voice last month after it was discovered she was suffering from an acute vocal cord hemmorhage, which, in some cases, can lead to permanent vocal damage. She says, "They were saying I would never sing again, and I knew I could because, well, it's my throat. My career could have been in jeopardy if I hadn't done anything about it. But I knew something was wrong and that I needed to get it checked out." The reigning American Idol champ returned to work and opened for Alicia Keyes in Minneapolis last Wednesday night -- her first show with the Grammy award winning singer on the current tour. Then over the weekend, Jordin shot the video for her new single, "One Step At A Time."

Mary J. Turns to 50 Cent to help recreate embarrassing moment

Posten on: 2008-10-16 14:29:06

For her new single ?Enough Crying,? Mary J. Blige has enlisted director Hype Williams to help recreate one of the lowest moments in her life. Williams and the singer were recently in Long Beach, California filming a scene that involved her ex-boyfriend K-Ci Hailey ? represented in the video by your boy, Curtis ?50 Cent? Jackson. "The video is [about] something that happened a long time ago, and it was a very embarrassing moment when I thought I was getting married," she explained to MTV.com in between shooting. "I was engaged to [K-Ci], and I actually went on a talk show overseas and that person had just done that talk show about a week before me. I was telling the interviewer that I was getting married, and the week before he was saying that it was a rumor. He wasn't marrying me. It was a disaster that really embarrassed me." Blige said she decided to include the humiliating moment in the video to prove that folks can push through the pain of heartbreak and keep stepping. In the video, after she leaves the interview, she goes directly to a photo shoot. "I'm saying, 'I'm getting on with my life. I'm gonna go ahead and do my work,'" she explained. "I leave the interview and I'm kind of upset, but I'm still kind of going through my photo shoot. It ends up being one of the most amazing photo shoots because of all of the anger and depression and the fact that I choose to just move on with my life and be a superstar." In the clip, 50 Cent plays C.J. - ?you know, short for Curtis Jackson," he said. "He's an R&B singer, and he's aggressive. When he's questioned by the guy interviewing them, he kind of loses his cool." "I don't want to give it away," Blige said. "It's real comical, what he does to the interviewer. I'm just glad he's here. I love 50. I'm so happy. He's so supportive of Mary J. Blige, and I'm very supportive of 50. He's just gonna make the video that much better than what it already is." Blige and her husband Kendu are tight with 50, and regularly call on the rapper for advice about the industry. "Me and my husband took him as a friend," Blige said. "He's someone we know we could talk to and call on if we have a question about something we can't answer because, quite frankly, 50 is very intelligent and we really appreciate his expertise, and we really appreciate his opinions and the advice he's given us." "Enough Crying" will premiere on music video channels this week.

Angie Stone Wants to Help Others ‘FACE’ Diabetes

Posten on: 2008-10-16 14:29:06

R&B Singer-songwriter Angie Stone, whose debut Stax Records CD, "The Art of Love and War," hits the airwaves this month, has teamed up with Eli Lilly and Company to launch the Fearless African-Americans Connected and Empowered (F.A.C.E.) Diabetes campaign to encourage African-Americans with diabetes to take control and learn how to manage their disease. Stone, who was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes eight years ago, will serve as the spokesperson for the F.A.C.E. Diabetes campaign, which launches in Chicago at Salem Baptist Church Children's Ministry Building on November 10. Through a series of practical and sustainable programs in local communities, the campaign's goal is to help foster behavioral and attitudinal changes in areas critical to success in managing diabetes such as nutrition/cooking, physical activity, health and overall well-being. "When I was first diagnosed with diabetes, I was in total denial about my disease and its impact on my life. I didn't understand the importance of following my doctor's treatment program and making lifestyle changes to better manage my diet and my weight," said Stone. "But through trial and error and working with my healthcare team, my diabetes is finally under control. I've joined forces with the F.A.C.E. Diabetes campaign because I want to be an example and encourage our community to get active and fearlessly face diabetes." According to the American Diabetes Association, more than three million African-Americans are diagnosed with diabetes, and additional research suggests nearly one million African-Americans remain undiagnosed. For additional information about the F.A.C.E. Diabetes campaign and/or events, go to http://www.FACE-Diabetes.com.
