According to reports, Aubrey, Aundrea, D. Woods, Dawn and Shannon - the girls from R&B group Danity Kane - have been involved in a freeway accident. According to a Myspace blog posted today (Oct. 13), the girls were in a "really bad car accident," stating that Aubrey had a "really mild concussion and a black eye, Dawn hurt her shoulder and they all have whiplash injuries." The post goes on to say "Aubrey wanted everyone to know that Danity Kane is very sorry and upset about not being able to make their appearance at the club tonight." A call to Atlantic records confirmed all members of the group are still in the hospital.
Beyonce Knowles has vowed to help troubled singer, Whitney Houston to beat her alleged addiction to crack cocaine. The sexy singer was horrified at reports that the 80's popstar is hooked on drugs and living in squalor. Whitney has previously helped write and produce many of Beyonce's tracks and the former Destiny's child lead singer is now offering her full support. A source close to Beyonce has said, "She will do everything she can to help sort Whitney out. She needs her friends around her and Beyonce would never give up on her friends."

The superstar’s newest single "Touch My Body" is poised to give her 18 No. 1 singles, which would tie her with the Fab Four. The song is the lead track on her latest album "E=MC2," due to hit stores later this month. The 37-year-old songstress is currently tied with Elvis Presley for second place for top singles. Carey, the best-selling female singer of all time, showed off her new hit and slimmed-down body on NBC's "Saturday Night Live" this weekend, sporting stilettos and a micro-miniskirt.
R&B singer Bobby Brown has confirmed he is dating again, just over a month after his divorce from R&B queen Whitney Houston was finalized. The “Tenderoni” singer was spotted at nightclub Stereo By The Shore in Southampton, New York on Saturday holding hands with his manager and new girlfriend Alicia Etheridge. Brown tells website People.com, "I'm dating, so it's not like I'm single." According to a witness "He made a big deal out of introducing Alicia as his ‘girlfriend’ to the host, the bartender, and everyone he knew in the venue. He also introduced her to photographers outside. He acted very proud of her.” Brown is currently suing Houston in order to change his terms of custody with their daughter Bobbi Kristina, after losing his rights to see the 14-year-old.
Seattle Pop/R&B singer Blake Lewis hopes his debut album, "Audio Day Dream," shows he's more than just the latest "American Idol" runner-up. But he has no complaints about the show that made him famous. "Being on 'American Idol' was the lottery ticket," Lewis said. "It's one of the most amazing experiences I'll never have again ever in my life. "It's an amazing way of communicating with people. I tell people that all I was put on this earth to do is communicate my art to people, and what better way to do that (than) on 'American Idol.'"Lewis co-wrote 12 of the 13 tracks on "Audio Day Dream" and had a hand in producing them with collaborators such as Ryan "Alias" Tedder of the rock band OneRepublic, J.R. Rotem, Mike Elizondo and David Hodges and S*A*M & Sluggo. The first single is "Break Anotha." Fellow "Idol" finalist Chris Richardson co-wrote the song "What'cha Got 2 Lose?" with Lewis and Rotem, while Lupe Fiasco guests on the track "Know My Name."
