Backfire

trapped in the maze
i've learned from other peoples mistakes
and i've learned my lessons well
they chose a path i don't choose to take
cause i've seen their lifes turn into hell
got to stay true to myself
to what i've always believed
i won't get trapped in the maze
that's not the way i choose to be
tapped in the maze
life in a cage
i know i'm getting older
people changed and so have i
got to make choices in ym life
and i choose to keep my dreams alive
